Castellón Conquers the German Market with a New International Press Trip
Introducing Castellón collaborated in organizing a press trip for the German market, featuring editor Katharina Jahn, a specialist in travel and tourism content.
The initiative, managed in conjunction with SpainB2B and organized by V. Globus, aimed to showcase the diverse tourism offerings of the province of Castellón through an experience focused on nature, gastronomy, heritage, and experiential tourism.
For several days, the editor explored different parts of the province, staying at hotels such as RH Porto Cristo in Peñíscola and El Faixero in Cinctorres, as well as visiting natural areas like the Sierra de Irta and the Prat de Cabanes-Torreblanca.
The itinerary also included activities connected to the region, such as visits to orange groves, ancient olive trees, birdwatching experiences, and local culinary offerings, all accompanied by a nature guide.
According to the editor, the trip yielded enough material to develop approximately 20 articles about the province of Castellón.
These kinds of initiatives reinforce Introducing Castellón’s international promotion strategy and help position the province in priority markets like Germany, highlighting its authenticity, sustainability, and rich cultural experiences.
