Presentation of Introducing Castellón in Porto

Yesterday, Monday, September 25, the Introducing Castellón Product Club held an event to promote the tourist offer of Castellón in Porto with the aim of reinforcing the launch this summer of the air connection between this city and Castellón, operated by Ryanair.

During the development of the event aimed at broadcasting companies and tour operators, a specialized presentation of the Castellón offer was made, a video was projected and, subsequently, various meetings were held with the operators initially interested in obtaining more information about it.

It is noteworthy that in this presentation the various participants showed great interest in having more information on Castellón’s tourist offer since, for practically all of the attendees, it was unknown and, as occurs in other international markets, these operators are looking for new destinations to offer to their clients.

At this event, the Castellón delegation was made up of Iker Llano, General Director of Hoteles Intur, Sandra Ramírez, Marketing Director of Marina D’Or, Sergio Pérez, Commercial Director of HR and Javier Gallego, president of the Product Club.

The opening of this new air connection, the first with the Portuguese market, is considered by the Product Club as an excellent opportunity to try to position the Castellón offer in this proximity market that could represent a significant increase in the middle of the season.
